Sales is probably the best, delivery the worst. Made a go of it for several years at NetCracker in professional services. The management listens to feedback from the employees and acts on them. The steady declines of revenue also led to several friends being let go suddenly with no severance at all.

Netcracker is sure a big player. It also supports smart policy applications based on Policy and Charging Rules Function PCRFalong with the use of advanced analytics to trace behavioral and consumption patterns. Lack of career growth, substandard merit increases, long delays in bonuses netcracket raises, inexperienced management.
Pros 32 with overtime work, not a great place to get your technical skills on a highest level. Netcracker acquired Convergys in and have been downsizing the operations as the revenue growth promised to NEC has not come to fruition. Nice place to work.
Business on a long steady decline. The visibility of management is zero. I was able to really do my own thing for a long time though because of this, but I eventually got tired of working in prfessional silo.
Culture needs a bit of work but otherwise a great place.

This place is good start point, but when you will netcrackker any background and knowledge it's perfect time to change your work.
